This whistleblowing channel allows employees, partners, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to report concerns regarding suspected misconduct or violations related to JMG’s operations. All reports will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

What Should Be Reported: This channel can be used to report concerns including but not limited to:

• Breaches of company policies or internal procedures

If you are unsure whether your concern qualifies, you are encouraged to submit the report so it can be reviewed.

Confidentiality and Protection: JMG is committed to protecting individuals who raise concerns in good faith.

• All reports are treated as strictly confidential.

• The identity of whistleblowers will be protected to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• Information will only be shared with authorized personnel responsible for investigating the report.

• JMG strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

Anonymous Reporting: You may choose to submit your report anonymously. Providing contact information may help investigators follow up or request additional details, but it is not mandatory.

Investigation Process: All submissions are reviewed by the appropriate internal authority responsible for whistleblowing and compliance. Reports will be assessed and investigated where necessary in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

Responsible Use of the Platform: This reporting channel must be used responsibly. Submitting intentionally false, misleading, or malicious accusations is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary or legal action. Reports should be made in good faith, based on reasonable suspicion of misconduct.
